The Sunshine PhoneLine is the 24-hour telephone system that allows Sunshine Savings Bank customers the ability to access their accounts virtually 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!
Any time you need instant access to your account information you can call (850) 219-7272 or (866) 220-7272 toll free, and inquire on account and loan balances, cleared checks and deposits, verify transactions, make loan payments and more.

With the sunshine phoneline, customers are able to make:
Inquiries
- Account balances
- Loan balances
- Cleared checks
- Nonelectronic deposits and dividends
Transactions
- Make withdrawals
- Loan payments
- Transfers (within your own account and to another account)
- Request advances from a line of credit & Sunshine Savings Bank credit cards
- Activate line of credit advances
How to use the system
Just call (850) 219-7272 or (866) 220-7272 toll free, and follow the prompts. Below are a few quick steps to speed you on your way:
NOTE: When the system says “enter your account number followed by the # sign” PLEASE INCLUDE THE LAST TWO DIGITS OF YOUR ACCOUNT. FOR EXAMPLE, 15 OR 14 FOR CHECKING. LOOK AT YOUR ACCOUNT CARD OR CHECKS TO CONFIRM THE LAST TWO DIGITS.
